Our Scope of Work
The project is currently in 5 cluster communities (Ndlovu (BH8, BH9, BH23, BH24) and Mpumelelo (BH25) in the Hwange District, under Chief Mvuthu. We are currently working with 292 households. We use the Holistic Management decision making framework, and planning processes to produce ecologically regenerative, economically viable and socially sound management and practices. While the social and regenerative landscape may look dilapidated and beyond repair, we have an opportunity to implement tools of regeneration and reverse vicious cycles of desertification and poverty. With training, leadership support, implementation, and celebrating efforts of these actions, abundance in all forms begins to slowly come back.
Our hope is that outcomes from these actions will provide a cascade of benefits for all living things and human communities including food security, enough pastures, economic and social stability and more fresh water. The communities live near one of the major wildlife parks in Zimbabwe. As such, these actions are also meant to build bridges of harmonious co-existence.
REGENERATIVE ACTIONS

Communities functioning as demo sites of restoration
A whole systems approach to regeneration, for thriving economically, socially and of course ecologically.
Relevance to the global platforms by sharing information and creating citizens led research and development that will spread more regenerative actions.
